How are shipping costs calculated?
Each seller sets their own shipping costs based on their location and shipping preferences. You can see the exact shipping cost on the product page before adding to cart.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once the seller ships your order, they will provide a tracking number. You can view it on your Orders page and track directly on the carrier's website.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Cardbasar uses an escrow system to protect buyers. If your order doesn't arrive, you can open a dispute and we'll help resolve the issue. Funds are only released to the seller after you confirm receipt.
Do sellers offer free shipping?
Some sellers offer free shipping above a certain order value. Check the seller's shipping settings on their profile or during checkout.
Can I combine shipping from multiple sellers?
Currently, each seller ships separately. However, orders from the same seller are combined into one shipment.
